Current Position? Director of Development at Unbridled Wealth, LLC
One word that describes how you like to work Passionately
What are you looking for from your WIFS members? I am asking for your help in how to hire more women in the financial services industry? How do I hire someone like you? In past roles, I was assigned the task of increasing the number of female Agents and General Agents. My response was, I would love to! Where are they?! I have hired a number of women, with a high retention rate. I wasn’t just looking for a female, I was looking for the best person for the job. We created a “Women’s Initiative.” It soon became more about gender... It began to include ethnicity and age group.
What's your favorite moment of your career? At a National Sales Conference, seeing the Agents and Agencies that I recruited and developed, on stage accepting and being recognized for their achievements.
What was your childhood dream job? Doctor
How do you spend your free time? Golfing, Flying, Riding a Harley and Tae Kwon Do.
What is your motto or personal mantra? I am honest, hardworking and education minded.
What’s one thing people would be surprised to know about you? I was a Lifeguard in Huntington Beach, CA - thank you for submitting your past professional photo, Bob!
