Join the Rocky Mountain Chapter of Women in Insurance and Financial Services on while we kick 2021 into high gear virtually!
We will have Colorado based FIT & NU founders Joslyn and Brittney Rae Reese joining us as special guests. These wonderful ladies have been featured in POLITICO Women Rule, 5280 Magazine, 303 Magazine, Urban Spectrum, on KUSA, PBS, and honored as Small Business Heroes at the National Small Business hearing in May of 2019.
These women are on a mission to make a difference in the lives of women, beginning with YOU!
We will jump into FITness with Brittney Rae, Head FIT Coach who will lead a 30 minute Get Loose Stretch and Recovery session. Next we focus on NUtrition with Joslyn, Head NUtrition Coach, who will lead a 30 minute NUtrition workshop with an interactive demonstration on making a green smoothie (recipe will be sent to attendees in advance for making with Joslyn).
